BA/BCom./BSc.Human Resources; NC/ND Payroll Admin.; Comp.Lit.; HACCP/FSMS ; 5 plus years mngt exp with knowledge of Food Safety in food/beverage manufacturing at management level. Oversee full Human Resources function of Gauteng food factory/branch in alignment with national strategy and legislative requirements. Responsible for formulation of policies pertaining to Human Resources; recruitment of all staff vacancies at branch/compliance with Employment Equity/BEE legislation. Oversee Personnel Administrator preparing/filing employment contracts/benefits/assessments/leave/ training records, etc. Assist Payroll Manager with effective running of the salary and wage payroll/admin of benefit funds/medical aid. Define employee needs in terms of training/coordinate training strategy/Workplace Skills plan implementation/company development requirements/succession plans/Executive coaching. Effective handling of industrial relations. Jointly responsible with all managers for implementation/ ensuring sustainability of HACCP/Food Safety activities/report all non-conformances to Q.C./Q.A.
