Commercial Gr12/ND Purchasing Mngt; Syspro; 3+ years of exp buying for a food/produce/ processing /packing factory. Must have organisational/time mngt/written/verbal communication skills/display attention to detail/ability to effectively manage/maintain supplier relationships/must be proactive & solution driven. Will oversee monthly stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain full traceability and proper record-keeping of packaging and raw materials .Monitor inventory levels and procure materials in line with production requirements, ensuring optimal balance to prevent overstock or stock shortages. Liaise with cross-functional departments including Production, Labelling, Planning, Q.A., Logistics, and Finance. Lead, manage, and support the Procurement team to achieve departmental objectives. Accurately raise and process purchase orders in a timely manner. Liaise with suppliers to confirm deliveries, resolve queries, and maintain effective business relationships. Ensure strict adherence to Company Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety procedures.
