Exp in NPD/QC/fragrance/cosmetic laboratory. Familiarity with industry regulations/safety standards/BOP in fragrance/sensory evaluation beneficial. Must have organisational/time mngt skills/attention to detail/accuracy in record-keeping/sample handling/document findings clearly/prepare reports/communicate insights to cross-functional teams concisely/professionally. Must be able to work in a hybrid setup/display reliability/self-discipline/effective collaboration on-site/remotely.
