Gr12; Qual
Millwright/Electrician/Fitter); 5+ years of exp as Maintenance Technician
in an RTE/ food/dairy/bakery processing & packing plant. Must
be able to do mechanical & electrical work/dis/re-assemble equipment/analyse/solve
problems/work shifts/handle multiple tasks/meet deadlines. Attend
to breakdowns/equipment failure on the premises/complete/file job
cards for work done. Assist with upgrades/ projects in plant/install
new equipment/fixtures/remove old equipment/dispose of m/c according
to SOPs/rules /regulations.Maintain your area of responsibility
according to plant engineering standards/defined authority/ responsibility/initiate/record
actions/perform quarterly continuous improvement projects to CI
OEE/ performance of production/packing equipment/reduce equipment
down time in production through effective/ applied maintenance processes.
Comply with OHS Act requirements on all safety standards/ participate
in workshop activities re. 5S housekeeping/ report identified problems
with Food Safety Management System. Shift allowance & overtime
not included. If successful, will be appointed permanently after
