supervisory position. Must be technically strong/hands-on/ confident
in technical maintenance/admin. with food safety/GMP/audit/compliance.
Refrigeration plant knowledge/ exp.cold chain/freezer/temperature
controlled food manufacturing advantageous. Excellent admin./ leadership/people
mngt/ problem-solving skills/attention to detail/work under pressure/respond
quickly to prod./ops demands. Must be hands-on/organised/disciplined/capable
of building a culture of accountability/high maintenance standards
in factory. Will support effective mngt of maintenance ops in value-added
meat factory/ day-to-day maintenance across manufacturing facility/preventative
maintenance planning/ensure maintenance schedules are completed on
time. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability/ maintenance
efficiency/ factory standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records,
traceability documents/ compliance paperwork, and system updates.
Respond effectively to operational breakdowns and production-related
maintenance requirements. Promote a disciplined/hands-on maintenance
culture focused on accountability/high performance. Supervise/motivate/hold
maintenance team accountable for performance and standards.Ensure

Office/ AutoCAD /Sketchup; 3+ years of exp as Maintenance Mngr/maintenance
systems mngt, preferably in food/produce/ canning/bottling factory.
Must have knowledge/experience of maintenance planning/workshop mngt/
working knowledge of mechanical/electrical/ plumbing/ cooling/heating
systems/advanced troubleshooting/ determining causes of operating
errors/project scoping/setting timelines/critical path analysis. Must
have proven people/management skills/food processing/ Food Safety
knowledge/experience an advantage. Must have integrity/initiative/energy/
drive/a positive/level-headed mindset/able to work in a structured
way/under pressure. Must be a natural leader/a strategic/structured
thinker/results-driven/have a proactive approach to system reliability/financial
acumen/budget control discipline/display excellent communication/analytical
skills/ attention to detail. Be responsible for the provision of a
comprehensive engineering/ maint service to all operations at the

Must have 3+ yrs post-trade test exp of maintenance/repairs in a food
factory & workshop/be experienced in computerised maintenance
mngt systems/document repair/maint activities in a CMMS. Must have
strong mech skills/be able to read/interpret technical manuals/schematics/manufacture
parts on a lathe & milling m/c from drawings. Maintain a safe/clean
work environment/adhere to safety SOPs/regulations/perform mechanical
repairs on filler equipment/pumps/motors/conveyors/ repair/replace
defective parts/components/perform prevent maint on equipment /ensure
optimal performance/longevity. Report work/breakdowns through systems/conduct
regular inspections/ ensure equipment operate at peak performance/uphold
highest safety standards. Address HSE requirements/hazards. Contribute
insights to maint trends for process improvements. On a relieve basis
must be able to provide a comprehensive engineering/maint service
to all operations at the food factory/conduct routine inspections
of production lines/equipment/identify/trouble-shoot issues/perform
preventive maint. Diagnose/troubleshoot equipment malfunctions/identifying
root cause of problems/provide solutions. 2x 9-hour shifts. Report
